U.S. District Judge Honorable Peter J Messitte, in a court order on Wednesday, rescheduled Dr. Ruth Johnson’s trial to around January 27th from August 5th, 2014, finding that the Board of Education for Prince George’s County violated the civil rights and denied the Motion to dismiss filed by the Board of Education. Dr. Ruth Johnson is one of several employees whose cases are going to the jury for trial, after the Board of Education violated civil rights of employees willfully in Maryland. Many of these cases involve significant issues and involve public corruption which has been hidden away from the Federal court in order to continue the status quo.
Rather than the Board of Education for Prince George’s County settle these kind of cases and move on, they have chosen to drag them and to be arrogant. Hence, costing the Board of Education for Prince George’s County and the State of Maryland cherished financial resources.
